1. Terms & Conditions
Please take time to thoroughly read through our Terms and Conditions. By contracting Jane Pingo & Associates to deliver professional services you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Jane Pingo & Associates reserves the right to revise any part of our Terms and Conditions at any time.
Terms and Payments
If not agreed separately you will be invoiced for all work completed. Terms will be strictly 7 days. Payments for assessments will be required up front.
Recruitment fees will differ upon the services provided, but we will typically ask for a deposit of 1/3 of the estimated total fee up front.
Refunds Policy
If you are genuinely unhappy with the service provided or the service was not provided as agreed, we will gladly refund fees or part fees in the case where part of the service was not delivered. Refunds will however only be made within 6 months from the payment date.
Content
It entirely your responsibility to supply Jane Pingo & Associates the content, images etc., for resumes, LinkedIn Profiles, job ads etc. Jane Pingo & Associates are able to contribute the content development but this will be solely based upon the information you provide.
Resume Writer Reference
All resumes and cover letters may include author/write details of Jane Pingo & Associates consultants and/or sub-contractors.
Intellectual Property
All items provided to you are copyrighted to Jane Pingo & Associates. They are provided for your use only. Use of the materials for purposes other than that intended will result in a breach of that copyright. Jane Pingo & Associates reserve the right to exercise their legal rights in relation to materials provided.
Promotional Material
Jane Pingo & Associates reserves the right to use feedback and customer testimonials in advertising and / or marketing initiatives.
Support
Jane Pingo & Associates office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If no one is available to speak to you during that time, then someone will get back to you at the earliest possible convenience within working hours.
Jane Pingo & Associates may charge standard consulting fees for telephone support at a prorate hourly rate. Support outside standard office hours may be charged at a higher rate.
Your Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell, lease or distribute your contact details to any 3rd party. We will only reveal data pertaining to your account if compelled to do so by law.
Liability
